Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which HighTech IT supplies services: support, managed IT, project and supply arrangements are governed by the separate written agreement, proposal or order documentation agreed with you. Where those documents and these terms differ, those documents apply to the services.
1. Who we are
High-Tech IT Limited, trading as HighTech IT (“HighTech IT”, “we”, “us” or “our”), is registered in England and Wales under company number 08000276. Our registered office is Chessington Business Centre, Cox Lane, Chessington, England, KT9 1SD.
You can contact us at info@hightechit.co.uk or 020 3598 2899.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies, and the date it was last updated is shown above.
3. Using this website
You may view, download and print pages from this website for your own business or personal use in connection with evaluating or using our services.
You must not:
- use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server it is hosted on, or any system or network connected to it;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the proper working or availability of the website;
- use automated means to extract substantial parts of the website’s content, or to place unreasonable load on it; or
- reproduce, republish or redistribute our content commercially without our written permission.
We may restrict or withdraw access to the website, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
4. Information on this website
The content of this website is provided for general information about HighTech IT and our services. It is not technical, legal, regulatory or professional advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision. Technical descriptions, service descriptions and accreditations are summaries; the detail that applies to you is in the written documentation we provide.
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date at any given moment.
5. Enquiries made through this website
Submitting an enquiry or consultation request through this website does not itself create a contract for services, an obligation on us to provide services, or any commitment on price, availability or timescale.
How we handle the information you submit is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Customer reviews shown on this website
Our website displays reviews that customers have published about HighTech IT on Google. Those reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not statements by HighTech IT, and we neither edit their content nor select them by rating.
The website shows a small number of our reviews rather than all of them. At present that selection, and the order they appear in, are determined by Google’s Places service, and we display them as Google provides them. We are planning to change this so the website instead shows up to the 10 most recent reviews that contain written feedback, ordered with the most recent first; that change has not yet been made. Our Privacy Policy explains what is displayed, how the selection works, and what to do if you have concerns about a review shown here.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, images, graphics, layout, design and the HighTech IT name and logo — is owned by or licensed to HighTech IT and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing on this website transfers any right in it to you, other than the limited permission to view and use the site described above.
Third-party names, logos, product names and accreditation marks shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify those products, services or accreditations.
8. Links to other websites
This website links to services operated by others, including our booking, support and remote-assistance tools, and to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and services, are not responsible for their content or availability, and their own terms and privacy information apply when you use them.
9. Website availability
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the website without notice, including for maintenance.
10. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, our responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its general content, is as determined by applicable law.
This section concerns your use of this website. It does not affect the liability provisions in any written agreement for services between us, which are set out in that agreement.
11. If you are a consumer
This website is aimed at businesses and organisations. If you use it as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. Where you deal with us as a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you use this website as a consumer, this section does not override the protections available to you under the consumer law of your country of residence, including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

For questions about these terms, contact info@hightechit.co.uk or 020 3598 2899, or write to High-Tech IT Limited, Chessington Business Centre, Cox Lane, Chessington, England, KT9 1SD.
